I am trying to e-mail support, because I have a cracked dvd game. It says contact us it there is problems, well I click and it takes me in circles and I get nowhere. I had one e-mail work only to have it come back as undeliverable.
Help!

Welcome to the Forums!

Was the DVD cracked when you first opened the game, or did you crack it later?

It cracked later, it was fine the last time I had looked at it and then I went to play it and found it crack. I can only think that it may have gotten a small one without noticing when taking it out of the case and it gradually spread.

Have you looked at Ubisoft's official replacement policy, I Need replacement for lost or damaged Game CD or Manual?

With the "Please click here or call (919) 460-9778 to contact a support representative." options, calling is probably better.

BTW, I've found that when removing a CD or DVD from the case, it's best to push down/hold down the center lock ring to release the disc *before* pulling on the outer disc edge. This'll prevent excessive disc bending and minimize cracking. If the disc bends significantly while you're trying to remove it, the center lock ring has NOT completely released the disc!

Thanks so much for your help. There must be a blip in the system because logging into the support is what the problem is. It won't get past there so I will phone the number.
I've come figure out to press the middle with other stuff, as for this one, there ore two other dvd's under it so it doesn't really stick in very well so I have no clue how it came to be. The spinning in the drive just makes it spread.

You're welcome.

NEVER place a cracked CD or DVD in a drive and allow it to spin up to speed! If the disc shatters while at speed, the pieces are likely to destroy the drive.
