I played Myst V for a couple of hours and it worked fine, despite running it on a laptop with an Intel 915G graphics chipset. Nothing was wrong, I saved the game several times in my journal. I linked to Loki'ohn and saved the game there before exiting. I can't reload this game.

Everything works fine at booting, until I select to 'Contine'. It starts loading, then I get the following error:

Hi,

I checked the sticky just after I posted that and noticed there was a solution for Main Branch crashes. I followed the instructions, and no luck. However, I do know that it's got to be a problem with the Loki'ohn age: I started again, completed the whole of the Todelmer age with no problems saving or loading. As soon as I linked to Loki'ohn again though, the same problem came up. I can't access my game anymore!

Did you do *all* of the steps under Access Violation/Stack Error? Including re-installing EoA from a clean boot as detailed in Myst V: Clean Boot Install/Re-install With Win XP?

Also, how much free space do you have on your C: drive?
