hi,
i am at the pipe map and turned around and went up and see some buildings and a set of stairs..its green with a pipe in it..when i tgry to climb the stairs everything vanishes! i think i went up but all i see is the sky and when i move my mouse around the hand symbol comes up si i thing i went up but i dont see anything..this also happens ont he other side when i get to the other structure when i climbed up on the left of the pipe map...i am in classic mode with the default resolution can some pleas help me?

Odd. You may want to repost this in the Technical Help and Advice section as it sounds like a graphics card question. All I can suggest is to change modes and see if that helps.

If that doesn't help, try installing or re-installing the proper video driver. See Myst V: Installing Video Drivers With Win XP.

well i found out something interesting...if i hold my right mouse button down and move the huts stay on the screen.....if i let it go they vanish.....

i am using windows 2000 wiht ati video card & drivers......do i still need to update drivers?

Yes, you may well need to update drivers.

Run all of the graphics and sound tests you can before saving the report to a file, and post *all* of the file.
