I'm having trouble installing Myst V on my computer; when I insert the disc and click 'install' on the pop-up menu, it goes into the window which says 'loading installrun window,' at which point it doesn't continue. I'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem, and if so would you happen to know how to fix it?

Take a look at Myst V: Clean Boot Install/Re-install With Win XP, especially the Overall Windows and Hard Disk Tune-up With Win XP section, and under Installing and Re-Installing EoA With Win XP, "In general, any or all of the following may be necessary to prevent EoA installation problems".
