These errors seem to be pretty common with alot of people. When is Ubisoft going to admit they have a serious issue and the fixes they tell you to do don't work. This has been a problem since the game was released and by now there should've been a patch. It's pretty bad when you fork out $50 for a game you can't play.

Fixes that don't work are part of the reason for the stickied topics at the top of this Forum. Have you taken a look at Myst V: Main Branch and Access Violation/Stack Error Fixes?
