These errors seem to be pretty common with alot of people. When is Ubisoft going to admit they have a serious issue and the fixes they tell you to do don't work. This has been a problem since the game was released and by now there should've been a patch. It's pretty bad when you fork out $50 for a game you can't play.

Fixes that don't work are part of the reason for the stickied topics at the top of this Forum. Have you taken a look at Myst V: Main Branch and Access Violation/Stack Error Fixes?

That aside, you're asking the question in the wrong place. These Forums are staffed by unpaid volunteers who do NOT work for Ubisoft and don't sit on the councils of the (Ubisoft) mighty. So, we don't know any more than you do. And Ubi employees either don't visit here, or if they do, won't admit it.

Aim your questions at Ubisoft:

-- Group worldwide press contacts, with names and Email addresses

Call Ubisoft Technical Support at (919) 460-9778 in the US or look for an International Technical Support phone number.

Send a support request/question to a Technical Support Representative using 'Ask a Question'.
