I'm not sure if my sound or video cards are supported by this game. Here are some specifications of my computer. Sound:Legacy Audio Drivers, SoundMax Integrated Digital Audio. Video Card:NVIDIA GEForce FX 5200. My computer has an Intel(R)Pentium(R) CPU. It has 3.20 GHz, 1 GB RAM, and 227 GB free on the hard disk. My computer uses Microsoft Windows XP, media center edition. I don't know the speed of my cd rom/dvd drive, so if someone knows how I can check my cd rom speed, that would be helpful. Also, does anyone know how I could contact Ubisoft so I can email them some questions I have?

Your PC should be able to run EoA, but you may need to update/change your video and sound drivers. See:

Any current DVD or CD/DVD combination drive will be work with EoA. However, especially if it's a burner and you have installation or "can't find the disc" problems, you may need to update its firmware. See Myst V: Clean Boot Install/Re-install With Win XP, under Installing and Re-Installing EoA, 1. Preventing Installation Problems - General Comments.
