We tried to install Myst V and got an error message - something like certain components were not installed.....so I thought we couldn't play it, but in the Programs section...there is Cyan Worlds...Myst...etc...but when I try to uninstall...I get an error message.."c:\Program Files'Norton Antivirus'NAVAPW31.exe is not a valid Win 32 application". I have read other info here about uninstall problems and have deleted the vpd. properties file in my Windows folder. The Myst V game is not listed under my Add/Remove utility, either. Can anyone help us?

Now that vpd.properties has gone and there's no trace in add / remove programs, you should be able to start the install again.

That's not to say it'll finish. Would you please post the exact error message you get when the installation stops? Thanks.
