i had trouble loading so i, without using the uninstall, put everything in the ben and now i can't install because it says there's still a version of myst v in the comp

You need to locate and remove the vpd.properties file located inside your windows folder.

first of all, i have to scold you! never, never, Never uninstall a program by moving it to the recycle bin!

okay, now for the help... what you should probably do is download, install, and run a registry cleaner. here's a link to a good one, if you are using windows XP:
