finished the ice world...finished the space world(plz don't ask me to spell there names...lol) then I go back to where all the linking bubbles and the wooden briges are and there isn't another gate open so I can go to the next world, so I'm stuck there...is this a game problem or did I not do somthing properly? HELP!!!

First of all, welcome to the forums. All of the links to the other worlds are found in one of the rest area's in the great shaft. Carefully check the great shaft for different rest area's. They are on different levels, some require a small puzzle to get to them. And as a suggestion, open any gates that you can as you go from one bubble to another. That way if you want to revisit that bubble, you can get to it. Eventually you will have all the gates open. Hope that helps some. If anyone of my fellow forum members has more info to supply, please jump in.

I am having a similar problem to the individual above; when I log back into my game, the gates I opened before are all shut, and the symbols I wrote which transfered to the pedestals are gone. Is this a normal part of the game? The problem with the gates has me trapped in the bottom of the great shaft, and I can't get to any of the other worlds or link books to the different "rest areas". If I am just missing the point of a puzzle, please don't spoil it for me, but if this is a game-problem I'm experiencing, I'd love to know. While I'm at it, I have to ask; how do you save multiple games? there seems to be no load/save game menu.
