Can you please provide me with a method of obtaining a refund for Myst V End of Ages. The program, unlike it predecessors, seems to have a poorly designed version of Securom which has conflicts with my CD-ROM drive. Also, I followed all tech-support recommendations to the letter to no avail. I am not going to give up my USB 2.0 and Security Center by downgrading to SP1 for the sake of a game.

Whoever "tech support" was may not have made the proper recommendations. Did they, for example, recommend updating your DVD drive's firmware to the latest version, and/or if it's an external USB drive, did they recommend updating its drivers? Also, did they explain why you should remove Win XP SP2 and install SP1?
