Hi team,

Now I've finished the game under Legendary on both sides of the Legacy scale. Of course killing the dragon using Carnal Fury is pretty easy but I found Heroism a lot more difficult.

My biggest hint is to stay near one of the fires on the edges of the island. Because the dragon has a long fire breathing run, he can't angle towards you this way and you won't get damaged.

Staying on the 'other' side of the fire during his attack will keep you safe then always attack him from behind as he goes past you. DO NOT go straight for him, steer clear of his tail and attack his feet, if you get this right you can hit him twice and make a get away without getting touched. DO NOT attack him if he does a small jump, his next leap will damage you no matter where you are near him, just stay near the fire and wait for a 'run' and you'll avoid taking damage.

Once you get past this stage, about 30 minutes of pruning his toe nails, the next part where he flies off with you for an aerial battle is about the same. Just cut your arm off as quickly as possible and you'll win.

I hope that all helps. Cheers.

As the Dragon tries to stomp on u or makes that little jump, I just pressed <Space+Shift>(<Guard+roll> button on PC) a sec. before it hit me, to make that "Matrx-like-slowmotion-movement" and then attacked a few times and then repeated it.....I´ve only played on Thane-difficulty....dunno if the shift+space-"move" is possible on Legendairy-mode though...
