hi guys. Ive been playing GRAW2 for a while now and a few days back when i tried starting the game and error as follows appeared:
"Crash in application version: 0.3048

c:\src\src\branches\graw2\dieselx\source\utility\Archive.cpp(519) Cannot list dir game_logs\11_05_2009 => error code 0x570: The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable."

Then i tried to download a few patches but still didn't work. Tried to uninstall but could not uninstall. I got a message as follows:

"Error Code: -5006 : 0x8000ffff"

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

Try uninstalling the game through the Windows Control Panel.

If that does not work then you will need to do this the hard core way: Delete the game folder from your C: drive or what drive you installed it on.

If you are running McAfee antivirus there should be an option on there to maintain computer - run that afterwards. It will clean up your registry and other things.

Then try to reinstall the game.

If all that fails, try going back to a system restore point where the game did work.
