I just finished this one. Since you already knocked out all the rebels, it shouldn't bee too hard. You just need to be careful to stay out of range of the Apache gun. Go toward the building under construction to the left (as seen from the downed Black Hawk) go up the rubble to the second floor and you can stay out of reach of the Apache guns. There's a fixed gun there. But don't use it until you get Carlos to bring the Apache right out in front of you. You can then unload the gun on him. But you will need more to bring him down so run back down the rubble to one of the guns across the street. Nail him with one of those and that should do it.
I'm on a PS2 and I've gone left right and around and around the downed Blackhawk and can't find any rubble by the construction building nor any other place that you can get up to the second floor....and so far, throughout the game, I can't "climb" on anything other than a "slope" or a "real" ladder...are there different versions of GRAW for PS2's???
