The people who need to read this and other posts do, you wont always see a response because they dont always have time to post but thats not to say they dont read it because they do. If you are convinced this is a game issue and want to ensure your comments are noted please post specific details of the issue in the sticky thread created by Ubirazz at the top of this forum Thumbs Up

now...in the event that a few months pass and we dont' hear news of a fix coming.....then we can raise hell.

Soooooo, you expect these people to wait "a few months" to play this game? You find that's fair? Spending $60 on something and not expecting it to work right away isn't a reason to raise hell? [thumbsup]

I'm going to sound a little harsh, but really I dont mean to be, so don't take it the wrong way...

In a perfect world, there would be no issues. That would make everyone (myself included) the happiest. Could they have done a better job playtesting MP? Maybe.... put yourself in Ubi's shoes. You are in this to make money and keep gamers happy. Do you release a game that works for some (lots of ppl have said they have no problems with MP) and not for others? Or did you delay the game another "few months" and piss everyone off? Now i am not saying they necessary made the right decision, i'm just saying, it's a decision that has to be made and there are pros and cons for both sides. So...like i said...they are human beings, and like all human beings, make mistakes. games comes out with glitches all the time. nothing new.

if the money is so important to you, than you as a consumer have some options. 1) you should either never buy games at release and wait to hear reports from ppl at forums such as this. 2) try to return it to whever you bought it from. most stores these days have pretty decent customer service. tell them the game is not playable and you'd like a refund or at least store credit. 3) don't play games. again, i dont mean to sound harsh, but gaming is pretty freakin expensive right now. 360, controller, live subscription, a few games, you're looking at 1000 bucks. if you get so angry over 60, it might be a hobby to avoid. again, no offense kwummy, you have a right to be angry. i just choose not to be, because...well.... comments like your post in online forums don't really get anywhere. and, despite a few glitches, i still get entertainment out of the game. so i'm ok spending 60 bucks, and hoping sometime in the near future all those glitches will be patched up.

Pointless and totally unnecessary ……... If you cannot make your point without resorting to childish petty name calling do not post at all.

GRAW one had major voice issues at release.

GRAW 2 has major voice problems at release.

Maybe it's time to stop apologizing for Ubisoft.

And Skedoozy has a game that won't work...at all. It disconnects him for no apparent reason each and every MP game. All his other games work perfectly, including GRAW 1.

Complacency is what you get when people stop complaining. We're in a complancent state of game development now.

This is disgraceful.

haha, i tried to be nice and you've resorted to name calling. how does that make me the idiot?

i said you were entitled to have your opinion. well you know what, i'm entitled to have mine. i'm sorry that i am in a position to "blow" 60 bucks and others are not, but like i said, as consumers people have the choice not to buy the game or not to support Ubisoft as a company. anyways, i won't be posting in this thread anymore because my original intention was to point the problem out to Ubisoft, which i believed i have accomplished, and to see if anyone else was having similiar issues....which i've accomplished. since it's turned into a thread of insults and flames i will duck out of this one. have fun calling me all sorts of variations of stupid! Smile keep whining away on an internet forum, i am sure it will garner you much respect from the developers here.

Your point is just so out there I don't get it. You're saying that I should have to wait months for a finished product after I paid for a finished product? And how do you know I'm not rich? Why should it matter how much money i have to blow on something? So because I have money to spare I should be happy to wait months for them to fix problems that shouldn't exist? 2 months from now hardly anyone I know is going to be playing this game. I got it to play with my friends online. So I shouldnt care that I can't?

ok.

Serellan and others are in San Francisco this week at the Game Developer's Conference this week. He gave what I'm sure was a thrilling lecture on maps: "Map Prototype Process: Creating Fun Gameplay Spaces While Minimizing Risks" Tongue

ok, i lied. I'll reply to you Skedoozy because you seem like a mature enough dude that's in a bad position (as opposed to some other guy on here who complains and doesn't even own the game).

What i am saying is the most we can reasonablely do at this point is post a complaint here and wait for a fix. We can demand a fix now, post 5000 threads in this forum and make ourselves look like an ass. Or we can bring it up, explain the problem clearly, and wait.

I am sorry, it seems like you are having a larger problem than i am. I can actually get through some games, i guess you can't. But honestly, does whining post after post here fix things? no. that's why i choose not to do it. but then again, i'm not as angry as your are since i can at least enjoy SOME multiplayer and the single player. 60 bucks is a lot to pay for a paperweight, so if you can't get anywhere, i'd suggest asking for a refund or store credit at whatever place you purchased your game. good luck man.

Yeah I really hope they get to fixing these connection issues with co-op, I hate almost beating a map only to get booted before finishing the last objective etc.

Can anyone confirm that the problem is the game that is coded on the CD or is the problem with the ubisoft servers that the multiplayer is connecting with?

I've had GRAW2 (XBOX 360) for 4 days now, and as of yet I have been unable to play any multiplayer games. I am always disconnected within 1 minute of the game starting, even though I've sometimes waited 5 minutes or more in the lobby for the previous game to end. I've had no problems with any other games, including the GRAW2 demo. Very frustrating.....

I have had this problem with GRAW2 for the past 2 nights since i bought the game 2 days ago. The problem is that I get a message saying "You have been disconnected from the server" after less than 3 minutes of play. (this does not happen with R6V ). The best thing i can think to do is create a support question in the FAQ section of the "support" link. if that fails then I suggest sending a letter to your local Attorney General's office. I suggest everyone does the same thing(even if its not a formal letter...just send one). I have seen many forums, larger than this one, of people having the same exact problem with GRAW2.

yeh i do feel that the disconnections, and general lack of stability in multi player is a major letdown.
the first graw had problems,so does this one.
get a move on,get some people on it,and get it fixed.
its not like its just popped up,its been known now for, since ive had my copy,2 weeks nearly, and nothing yet..
the playtesters, should have found this, and more tests on multiplayer should have been carried out.
its a disgrace that at the start of a game,we have to wait to see who gets kicked, before you can do anything.

I actually just contacted ubi support about this, via their online form. The response I got is that I must contact Xbox Live about this since it's their problem. Then, they closed my support case as 'Solved'. Unbelievable.

Well add me to the disconnect issues list. I just got the game the other night and I too have the same connection issues with just this game. My other XB360 multiplayer games are just fine. It just amazes me that they can release a game in such a bad state.

Anyone heard of a possible solution coming anytime soon?

my friends host often and throughout GRAW1 we played large 16 player rooms with little to no problems. along comes graw2 and no one can host with any certainty. just wanted to add my opinion to this post in hopes that those that can read this and work to repair an otherwise great online game, will

until then most go back to GOW atleast that was patched early

I have the same problem get dropped out of multiplayer whether it is 2 players or 12 it doesnt matter my connection speed is 1mb down and 986k up that should be more than enough to play (not host). Ubi needs to fix this it is not an X box issue it is UBi. Oh yeah the longest I got to play was 1 minute 3 seconds. It is not he host connection either he had 57Mb down and 23Mb up so it has to be a server problem.

Sorry to say Ubi will not take responsibility, I have been on the phone to them every night this week and they are trying to tell me its my setup. R6V, Gears of War, Call of duty 3, Crackdown, Topspin 2, Battlefield 2 and Graw 1 all work fine. I even asked for my money back for the game and they are trying to tell me to take it back to the shop I brought it from, its not the shops fault its Ubi's fault for releasing it without testing the on line game play. Hammer
