Let me start off by saying that GRAW2 is a fun game to play and in the past I enjoyed it very much, which bring me to the opus of my post.

I have been away from GRAW2 for awhile and did have time to play as much as I would have liked when I was back home in the states. So, after getting back from my deployment from the sandbox ,I said to myself hey, I am in the mood to play some GRAW2 and popped in the disc. And this is why I stated this post after playing online.

So, I picked a game type (Ranked) and hit quick match shortly thereafter I was in the game lobby waiting to start the game up. I then heard the host say "hey Ranger you have to go" I asked was this a private room at which time he answered "no but, you are a 3 and must leave!" I told him I was going to stay put because it was not a private room. I then asked him what did my rank have to do with me playing? He never answered and I was kick out of the server. This happened to me everytime I joined a ranked room for about 30min.

People dont want to lose there rank. when u a lower rank beats the higher rank they lose more points. even tho rank really means nothin on GRAW 2

- room. So here is my question: what do you gain when you move up in the ranks, I meam does GRAW2 have perks like COD, most likely no. Does having a higher rank mean you are a better playing than a 3..NO and how do I know this?

Well after not being able to play in anyone else room , I called a few of the guys from my unit and started a game myself (all our rank were 5 and under) so, as the room filled up we start to get guys that were higher in rank than us and even a few guys that were in the rooms I got kicked from. I would like to have said we won every round by that would not be true due to the fact we could not always be on the same side however, we did have the most kill out of our respective teams.

My point here is just because someone has a lower rank than you it does not mean they're a bad at this game. Additionally playing sidearms only and or playing headquarter and shoreline all the time does not make you an uber soldiers either or respected more however, how you treat people does!

I mean the whole rank thing should reflect it's real life counterpart. For example my pay grade in real life is an O2. It is my responsibility to lead those undrer my command and the way in which I lead my men reflects on my leadership skills. I should be able to take a Buck Private and make him that much better. My Officer Rank only grants me the opportunity to show I'm fit to lead. I do that by allowing my soldiers to grow as individuals and soldiers and never look down on them because I out rank them.Hell I have E5s in my unit that have 10 or more years in the Army and probably more experienced than I

I think I remember that they patched the game a while back so big gaps in rank don't matter much any more. But really, just play unranked...The competition is better and you won't find nearly as many morons.

Yea thanks for the info and I have been playing unrank games after having my bad experience in the ranked rooms.

I did notice a lot of those higher ranking players don't even have more than 2500 gamer points, less than 200 gamer points from achievements in GRAW2, or have very low rep points.

No wonder why they take this game so seriously, it's either all they play or all they have.

play in non ranked rooms cos in ranked rooms there all a bunch of rankers . Their rank to them is like them having a big sports car ! making up for their small man parts most of them boosted their way to top ranks and don't like lossing to low ranks players who are better then them ! and if you did have perks like new guns it would be a case of my guns bigger then yours with the them ! so play in non ranked and have fun if your good join a clan on a leader bord but just injoy yourself !

Those that "kicked" you are playing games in their imaginary minds. Realworld contains all skill levels. If they can't handle a lower ranked beating them - they're no better anyway - their dreamin'.

Awesome night! Joined a siege ranked room (I'm a 2) and was surrounded by 16s. BTW, what is it with pistols and headquarters? Stop already.

Killed so many of them I got booted. Joined another room with a few 20s and some 17s... killed a bunch of them. Hear them in the dead room saying "what bulls***!"

I say "Because I'm a 2?"

They say "Man, don't remind me." Boot.
