if i get the full game compared to the demo, moxst importantly can you take cover in multiplayer? and plz list any other differences other than the obvious like more maps.

You cant use cover mode in multiplayer. The multiplayer is faster than the single player, you have no weapon sway when you zoom in, your character isnt as sluggish and you can't carry primary 2 guns.
