Hi everyone! It's Kimi, your friendly neighborhood bringer of good news on leap year day. I have great news on this happy Friday! We didn’t say anything before because we didn’t want to jinx it, but since today is February 29th the cosmos decided to be on our side and give us all a leap year present.

We’ve put together a fix for the "corrupt" gamertags. A title update will be released late tonight or early tomorrow morning (especially those in EST or east-er of that), which will address gamertags not being able to play on Xbox Live due to custom kit issues. The only noticeable thing you will see is that you will now have two custom kits instead of three. Happy leap year day, and see you on this day in four years!

Additional maps and achievements are planned to be released, however in the interest of not putting you through the same trauma of the last DLC we didn’t want to let the cat out of the bag until we were 100% sure we had solid information to share with you. So unfortunately all I can say for now is that information should come soon.

Happy as Haledon-Harry with the new maps, looking forward thou to play on some more new maps come September beginning of October.

Also looking forward for the "fix-up patch", follow week after the DLC-release sorting out the achievement problems.

Not to forget the great fun of deleting your DLC and the gamer-tag, recovering it and download the DLC once again.

Here is how a professional company would do it;

The DLC out on the XBLM, download it, try it out, play the maps thoroughly couple times.
Then hit the headlines; New DLC now available on the XBLM, thus preventing three month long siege.

Well I was definitely skeptical that this patch would fix the multiplayer freezing issue, but I'm extremely happy to report that my "frozen" gamertags now work.

Even though it took a year, I definitely have to say thank you to the developers for finally resolving this issue.

That's so great to hear Outfoxem, you were definitely one of the specific ones in my mind since I knew you went through six gamertags!

I got the update yesterday and I was not sure what it was for, so I just started playing my newest gamertag. I played for several hours before I decided to go to bed. When I signed out, I thought what the heck, I'll give it a try. So I tried signing my main account into multiplayer and IT WORKED! Finally, after months I can play with MY account again. All I can say is thank you for resolving this issue. I have new found respect for you guys for working this issue out. Again, thank you.

So when I go and look at my Graw 2 gamerscore I see all the achievements that equal 1125 and nothing else. But when I compare it to someone elses gamerscore I see 5 new co-op map achievements, one capture the flag, one stay alive for 10 minute and kill three people and one other one that I forget at the moment.

One would guess this indicates that they work. So does this mean we won't have to wait 4 months for the new maps to come out?

Oh and since the achievements already show up. Does this mean the map pack is free, since they wouldn't show up last time until you bought it.
