I have all of the single player achievements yet didn't get the Single Player Master achievement. Is this some sort of glitch or something?

I have rhe exact same problem, Any chance of some advice from a Dev/Mod that knows what the problem is ?

Nop, Its not sorted, I have hasd no update from Kimi, RSE or UBI (I created a ticket 3 days ago) So Im guessing they have just given up on us all and are away on something new now...

Hi, I thought I had possibly stumbled onto the cause (possibly?) to this problem. Three of my friends have the single player master achievement. They got the achievement before downloading the new DLC CC 1 & 2 coop packs. I played before about 7-8 moths ago NOT completeing single player, and then downloaded the new DLC, and then finished ACt 2 and 3, and the secondary objectives and got all corresponding achievemtns, but no single player master....is there even a minor lead as to why this happened? Frustrating

I didn't think of this before Chaosphynx1 mentioned it, but read my below investigation of a comparison of my friends achievements from my friends list.

I reviewed all my friends on my list, which numbers 46 people. Out of that 46, only 3 people (2 USA, 1 European) have the single player master achievement. The two from the USA had the achievement before completing any of the additional achievements from the DLC packages. I reviewed the achievement by dates and all their DLC content achievements had dates after the single player master was previously acquired.

The third one is a person from France, but he had the single player master after the DLC downloads...could there be something slightly different with the European release, perhaps?

In my case, I already had the DLC. I played more online than single player, but I love this game so much that I figured I may as well go back and finish it. So in my case, I am trying for the single player master after having paid for the DLC 1 and 2 packs.

Unfortunately, I have no supporting evidence besides myself, because on my list I am only the 4th person this close to completing all achievements for this game.

I am very close to getting the sniper and team player achievements, which will leave me with only the demo and solo achievements left to get.

another question I thought of as well....is the Single Player Master achievement itself dependent on the unlocking of the "last" solo achievement whatever it may be....for example I just completed the game around two days ago (now I wish I would have done so sooner)and had unlocked new DLC achievements. Then, I played through my saved campaign that was started in JUly of 2007. I unlocked the "mission accomplished" achievement...which WAS my last single player achievement before single player master should have been unlocked. For anyone who got the achievement before the DLC's did these achievements appear simultaneously (or within a few seconds of eachother?) IF so, the addition of the new achievements may have "Corrupted" the conditions in which it unlocks perhaps?

That sounds like a fair enough proposal to suggest.

To answer your question, the solo achievement is said to be dependent entirely on the mission accomplished achievement. Thus, you cannot get it without satisfying the minimum requirement of having the mission accomplished achievement (which you only get after completing all the secondary objectives, as far i know).

In the meanwhile, I will ask two of the three friends on my list how the achievements showed up.

It will be too difficult to explore this with my French friend, as I have to use a translator to do it, so asking the third friend is out.

I sent off an email to each of my two friends asking them, to see what their responses are.

Hey dapredater, I do not belive that it is dependent on "Mission Accomplished" soley. My first friend, who lives like 1.5 miles away said that he got Acts 1,2,3 (Low through Elevated), Mission Accomplished, and only 3 of the quick mission achievement (i.e., TEAM Elite) THEN; he finished up the "Predator" Achievement....(also pre DLC addition) and his Single Player Master was unlocked immediatley after Predator ach came up. So it seems that it is dependent on a "final" solo achievement, whatever it may be. This is troubling as (obviously) we haven't any more solo achievements to unlock! This is relly starting to bother me! I got screwed on RSV1 and RSV2 also! No PFC achievement for RSV2 because I played RSV1 ! Anyway, sorry that last bit was off topic.
