The Ghosts would have to stealth their way in and fight their way out.
A few twists that present choices to the direction of the storyline, such as any spouses, children of the pows, medical conditions of different pows, extract or call in choppers, kill gov't troops ?

Ubisoft wouldnt agree to it because most if not all vietnam shooters have tanked. What would be good is a map and mission editor so we could make our own campaigns and expansion packs based on any war we want.
You guys are forgetting. A real time U.S. Army military unit called the Ghost Recon unit, Special Forces Group 5, orginated in the Vietnam War era in the jungle. Look it up.
I would just love the open jungle environments, with on the fly objectives. Getting ambushed or throwing grenades in fox holes. If they could go back and make it as non linear as possible, I'd order at least one copy.
Only request, no more WMD's. I'm sick of them being the basis for every shooter made these days. Have it revolve around capturing a spy that defected and is giving away sensitive information to the enemy. I wouldn't mind them quelling a rebellion that could lead to a second war either. Just NO WMD's!

Only, and I say ONLY if they brought back the ghillie suit. I could care less about a map with alot of vegitation if the game lacks the one reason I first started playing the series back on the original on the PC. I hope they get their heads out of their backsides on the next recon and bring it back. Call of Duty 4 has the ghillie suit, and it's too much fun to watch someone run past me without any clue I'm laying there. So much pleasure in putting a round through the back of their skull so they can watch the kill cam. I wish the kill cam was mandatory, no skip allowed. That would be sweet.
