Greetings all,
My very first console game was GRAW for the Xbox 360. I loved it and got GRAW2. Now with all the confusion over a new release I thought it'd be better if I hunted down some of the older GRAW games for Xbox. Can anyone tell me which ones are availabe for Xbox? (I think they may be compatible with the 360) Thanks all, -Puckertoe |

These are the ones that was released on xbox and are compatible with the 360
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon™: Island Thunder™ Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon™ 2 Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon® 2 Summit Strike You have the whole list of compatible games here http://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/backwardcompatibilitygameslist.htm GRAW was released on xbox aswell, but that release is very diffrent from the 360 one, it doesn't have 3:e person and alot of other things and it's not compatible with the 360. If you are looking to play some online with these games, then I recomend Ghost Recon 2, it usally have the most games! Enjoy |

Thanks for such a quick reply. Are the GR games worth playing? I know the graphics may be a bit dated, but I'm really interested in the game play.
I still play Ultima IV, V, and VII. So you can imagine how dated THOSE graphics are. |

My first contact was with GR2 and i still love it and I think it's amazing.
There are a big diffrent between the two, GR & GRIT and GR2 & GR2:SS, since the first only has first person view and you can switch soliders, but the gameplay is great. I recommend to get them used, all 4, for around 10 Euro a piece! Every map-pack released for the old ones are free! |

Heck yes they are! I'd pass up GRAW2 for the original Ghost Recon any day of the week. GRAW2 is great but it just does not stand up to the original. Not to mention, it's hardly the same at all. The original GR titles are well worth playing. The game play on the single player campaign is just about as good as it gets. Set some time aside (a lot of it) and enjoy.
It's the only game I have ever played where I re-ran every mission over and over again. There's just something about the atmosphere and the pace of the game with the open sandbox missions that appeals. |

I picked up all four games Friday night after work for 20.00USD. Not bad, eh? (GR, GR:IT, GR2, and GR2:Summit something)
I was really tempted to start GR2:Summit but decided to start GR. I did the training and now I'm on the first mission. It's so much more challenging. And the atmosphere is really awesome. I feel fortunate that I get to play these for a first time. Man, my weekends are going to be full for a long, long, time. |

P.S. GR and GR:IT didn't come with any manuals. Does anyone know where I might be able do download manuals for the Xbox version?
Thanks |
