Here is the list of items in the Multiplayer Title Update #2. Note that the Leaderboards will be reset, at this time I don't know when.

Ranked Games Improvements

-Ranked Games will now always use Random Teams to prevent "Stacking"
-Host cannot kick players during the action
-Hosts cannot abort games after 30 seconds
-Scores are not uploaded until after 30 seconds
-Scoring adjusted to limit ?boosting?
-Fixed Leaderboards for Team Battle
-Player ranks are no longer displayed in non-Ranked Game lobbies
-Removed requirement that Ranked rooms must end after each game

Finding Games Improvements

-New Quick Match search options ? All Team, All Solo, All Co-op
-Fixed issue with time limit display of games
-Fixed issue with time elapsed display on games
-Available games will be displayed as they are found, instead of when the search is complete
-Improvements for sorting the best games first and avoiding games that are full
-Improved Matchmaking
-Implemented message to hosts that are ?over hosting? based on their connection
-Improvements for game invites
-Improved multiplayer connectivity
-Improved speed of searching for games

Multiplayer Controller Improvements

-Three new controller options in MP: Southpaw, Legacy, Southpaw Legacy
-Fixed issue where vibration stayed off once set
-Fixed issue with inverting controls affecting all players in splitscreen

Gameplay Improvements

-Fixed ?Dive Glitch? that allowed players to teleport to higher elevations in some maps
-Adjusted Team Elimination scoring so that players lose a point for suicides
-Fixed Blind Siege ?Alternate Insertions? issue
-Fixed Helicopter spawn issues in Team Territory
-Fixed 3-Zone Territory win conditions
-Fixed ?Rock Walls? on Jungle Mines Co-Op Campaign Mission with Drones Off
-Fixed ?Purple Gun? on Coffee Plantation vehicle
-Fixed Weapon Groupings for Chapter 2 weapons
-Fixed exploit that allowed players to carry a sniper rifle and GL with certain Kit Restrictions
-Added messaging for players that destroy vehicles
-Fixed issue with Custom Kit Restrictions being replaced with server?s
-Minor fixes to several gametypes

Achievements

-Fix for ?Master of Ceremonies? achievement
-Five new MP Achievements (shown on Gamercards)

These are all good. I particularly like,

-Fixed 3-Zone Territory win conditions (I hope you mean that in 5-zone, the CPU doesn't win by getting three zones if set to "all zones", because that happens "pre-patch.")

well, although i can understand the reasons for stopping stackin *****es(lazy dickheads) ....in the real world i now cannot play ranked matches with my clan that has grown through fair (no spawnkillin) countless matches of fun since i downloaded this damn patch.
take notice ubisoft cos i have a feeling u my have alienated more than a few with this action...im thinking of trading in for something else tomorrow.yes i know we can play unranked matches but were is the kudos in that and the respect gleaned form others seeing your hard earned rank? thanks for your thoughtfull actions to us fair playing customers.....

What I do not like is that you cannot see if you are on offense are defense on a map in ranked. So you never know which class to pick which makes a big difference. This update is also going to cause host just to kicked people out of the room based on there rank so all the players that lower ranked will never be able to play in alot of rooms. Even with the leaderboards being reset this still will eventually be a problem. network stability by the way is not much better rooms still dropping. On a positive note I do like the new search options.

Most 360 games no longer allow your friends in a ranked game. MS made some kind of demand about that and the game DEVS either misread it or dont have a Halo2 party system to deal with it.

We all suffer a loss on XBL due to this issue. Now we are forced to play with teamkillers & NOOBS!

In fact network stabillity is now worse I have been playing in host rooms that are usaully good for a while and now all they do is drop every other game. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-still being kicked out of ranked matches because im a rank 1 (in lobby before game starts)

-games arent filtered by ping anymore. its just random.

-music bug not fixed. turning off action music still does nothing.

-no sensitivity options for x/y axis. why?

-HDR/contrast graphical bug still unfixed. when you play a mode with respawns (whether online or with bots) and you die, then respawn, the contrast is cranked way up. it doesnt correct itself until you or a teammate gets a kill. makes dark and night time maps unplayable. no one else has ever mentioned this bug, starting to think i have a dud copy of the game. i will try and get some screen caps of before and after. *edit* got fed up with this bug and took the game back to EB for trade in. fresh copy of the game and the bug is still happening. i own 2 360's, have access to 3 different hdtv's and this is the 2nd game disc. i know for a fact its not just me. i cant beleive a bug like this A) doesnt bother anyone else and B) makes it past beta testing. *

-respawn logic unfixed for sharpshooter. still have the same 3 static spawn locations for each team.

-please elaborate on the improvements to matchmaking. there still isnt any sort of matchmaking system that i can see. you still randomly search for lobbies and hope the level range is appropriate and you dont get the boot.

regarding ranked matches (for people that dont know): Bungie response to recent rumors surrounding ranked matches

"With the recent release of information regarding the limitations of entering ranked matchmade games with a preassembled party in Gears of War, has Bungie decided how it's matchmaking system will work in Halo 3 with the preset rules Microsoft has in place?"

I think that whole thing was blown out of proportion and somewhat misinterpreted. Those are guidelines, not ?preset rules? and Halo 3 will do everything it did before, and more in matchmaking.

So once a clan meets up in a ranked Solo Objective room, for instance, can they change the room's gametype to Sharpshooter and so end up with their clan in the room?

And hey, if you want to stack the teams, luckily you have 30 seconds to abort the game if too many noobs are on your team, or not enough of your clan members. You'll wanna learn to cycle through the names quickly at the onset and then abort if they're all strangers.

Kidding - at least now there's SOME impediment to stackers. But now I probably have to kiss my random teams Blind Siege player matches goodbye. Oh the humanity....

BTW thanks for the fixes.

Excelent thanks Serellan, one question though, what happenes when the host is loosing and they just unplug their xbox? will the scores be recorded at that point?

-player names still appear on screen even if you have crosscom turned off

-i see no mention of the voice bug being addressed

-you still get booted back to the main menu when you exit a lobby, having to start the search process over again

-information on the game browser is still not up to date and accurate. plenty of games show as being in setup that really arent

were still stuck with searching for games and waiting for them to fill up and start. i see 25 lobbies that are 1/3 full. if you took the time to automate the system, all those people could be combined into one game and we could all be playing. instead were playing the searching/waiting game.

graw is a dismal failure for online functionality. and this patch has done virtually nothing to fix it. ive waited 6 months for a lot of these issues to get resolved and its no less frustrating to play graw online than it was on release day.

im done. i can hardly wait until november when good games come out.

this update is absolute **** sure lots of people like eit but its a team game. sure get rid of the spawn kiling. But its team ranked why cant I play with my team? Sure make it random but make the ranking on kill to death ratio I dont wanna rank down because some faget noob is running out dieing team killing etc. Im not gonna be playing this for much longer I used to clock up hours on this. but fark that. waste of time if I cant have un in aranked game with my friends. get rid of the *EDIT* random TEAMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is quite a list . I see why it took so long to implement this patch.
It is good to see that Ubisoft/RSE took note of what the comunity wanted and also the things that REALLY needed to be fixed.
