Yeah but that's just the trailer, I mean, Singal player and online is completely different. Look at GTA 4, it was "play the role of one man and his quest for blah" but the online play is COMPLETELY different. It's to soon to say anything about it being online or offline only.
Either way this game will rock hard, and I'll play it a million times!

You know, you didn't really kill the idea. It will be there until either someone does it right, or I make it myself . Every gamer has his ideal game in mind, and I want to be a developer someday, so I have some ideas already planned..... muahahaha.

Just imagine, scrambling through a convenience store and finding a revolver under the counter, but then having to be careful because you have five bullets and no reloads, so fighting is a last-priority... that's the kind of survival game I'm hoping for: almost like a survival simulator [/QUOTE] Amen to that. It'd be neat if it was similar to the book (and upcoming film) "The Road" by Cormac McCarthy.

By illiterate preteens, he means he doesn't want idiots. And also, no personal attacking, that'll get you a ban from a Forum "Ninja" (Best term for a Forum mod, EVAR!). Anywai, I like the online idea... and the crazed-up maniacs in single-player. =P

Try Left 4 Dead. It's exactly what you want I expect it to be something like natural-disaster-survival-simulation-action-adventure-thriller This game has potential

Someone found the I am Legend Zombies scary?? Amazing...Go watch 28 Day/Months Later for zombies that don't look they belong in a videogame. But, seriously, no Zombies, only people. Go watch Children of Men and think of the potential.

Ah, so you've heard the story then? Well share it with us, O Great One! quote: just imagine how can they make a game from the lack of water.
probably its just running and looking for water.
Just because water is all that we have to talk about doesn't mean that that's all they have to put in the game. quote: and adam s just a random guy that survived the blow he wont be able to use even gun
That's impossible. Guns are second nature to all video game characters. Even Mario and Link know how to handle themselves with an MP5. Maybe Adam is just some random guy, and maybe he's never used a gun before, but you'd be surprised what people are able to do and how fast they're able to learn to use a gun when they're fighting for survival.

That's impossible, the game is set in Chicago! There are no guns in Chicago, Mayor Daley has seen to that But seriously, if this is one of those games where you stumble across boxes of ammo and AR-15s just lying around in the shadows, I will be sorely disappointed. There are basically no legal handguns in Chicago, and no gun stores within the city limits. Several Federal buildings in Chicago do have their own armories with heavy weapons. The Chicago Police are lightly armed, with only 2 helicopters and perhaps one light armored vehicle, plus a few civilian Hummers with fancy paint jobs.
