Anyone noticed that if you go to the website that is printed on the banner that is hanging from the train system; www.ruaumoko.com? I just had to try it because I was wondering if it were a real company but it must be made up for the game because when you go to the address in a browser, you are redirected to the official 'I Am Alive' website. Is it just for decoration or is it more? Part of the story?? you never know! elelamb Big Grin

They are possibly taking the stance Valve does in playing with its' devout fans with teasers. I wouldn't be surprised if they release other real-life easter eggs randomly. Valve did a similar thing with Half LIfe 2 and Portal. www.aperturescience.com ? Something that, with enough thinking, leads to parts in the story that you wouldn't ever find out without some hunting.

Just something i noticed, the i am alive trailer website has still shots of the trailer and as i was going through it, there was a picture of the same train place, but the banner for ruaumoko isn't where it is. Iono, did ubisoft forget to put it back in? Smash

That certainly is odd... Normally screenshots come from stills of the same rendered environment, so the screens we either 1) Taken before the rendering of the trailer. 2) Taken after Ubisoft removed Ruaumoko.com in whichever animation software they used (3DS Max, Maya, not sure exactly what they use.)

Very good find, Dennis, I guess we can only wait until more information is given to us about the game Wink

In Māori mythology, Ruaumoko is the youngest son of Rangi and Papa. He has never been born and remains inside his mother's womb. His movements are considered the cause of earthquakes. Also known as Ruamoko.

In other forms of Māori mythology, Ruaumoko was born and clung to Mother Papa's breast until he fell into the Underworld. There, when he walked he created earthquakes in the upper-world.

If you notice i think the banner is kinda sketchy compared to the whole video like it was added in the video and the last minute or something, maybe not important but still
