We SHOULD do a 'discussion thread', created for any related, or not, discussions and arguments.

Quite simple. I came to the forums to learn a foreign language (english).
It was a Ubisoft forum, out of many, because it was also fun.
You know, talking about your favorite games and stuff.
And with fun comes wish.
And with wish comes success.
And I can say I'm pleased with my choice.
This forum has both.
Or, should I say, had both.

With time people left.
With people left the main part of my 'jorney':
Language.

So, I had to sacrifice fun for language, getting into arguments even about silliest (read: stupidest) things.
With arguments or debates you learn many word constructions and yet you have an instant chance to use them in a response to whoever you learned them from.
I can't say I enjoy argumenting.
Nor I can say that I wanted to get into every single one of them.
Calling me 'argumentative' is right at the current moment.
But I do have reasonable explanation behind it.

Wow, i think your journey is over, your English is outstanding for a 15 year old considering it is not your primary language and i find it almost hard to believe that you are telling the truth.

That is really nice to hear. =]

I heard english for the first time in 7 years.
It got me really interested, so I wanted to learn to speak it.
But I had NO source where I could learn it from.
The english is starting in school from the 7th grade and we had no internet back then.
But at my 9th birthday I've got a PS1.
Everyone was speaking in english 'in there'.
So I just heard them speaking and tried to guess what they said.
If you can call that learning...then that's how it started.
I couldn't even 'speak' it at first, only understand the basics of the basics, thanks to games. And they were also fun! xD

Later on I could speak through repeating the phrases I heard from games. And subtitles learned me how to write.
And then there's internet.

You can look at one of my first posts, if this does prove anything.

Long story short: Since 9 years?
