Black Gold is actually a pretty decent BTB (Big Team Battle) map, especially since most hosts prefer 16-players anyway.

No, that is not what I said at all. I have never said my maps are Gods gift to Farcry2 or that I am the best. It is a judgement call, everyone has different taste and preferences, so there really can't be a best. You seem to be the only one making the claim that I am the best, thanks I appreciate it. That statement was not made towards any particular individual, it is a general observation. I am sure others have the same experience, maybe even you. It is kind of funny that you pick one or two of the thing I listed as attacks on you. Why didn't you take credit for hosting on a laggy server, I mentioned that to so it must imply you like everything else. Unless you are engaging in those activities it is pretty ridicules for you to assume I was referring to you.

My unprovoked attack? (if you read it that way I was just joking, isn't it obvious) You just told me and Fouch to have oral sex. I meant to thank you for pointing out where we could get out of map, it was obviously a hole we didn't want. As far as insight from others. I don't know about better, maybe different but not necessarily better, like I said above it comes down to personal preferences. I actually get plenty of insight from others, you just don't happen to be one of the others. Get over yourself. I get insight from my friend and I imagine you do the same. This map was a "co-op" map which by definition means it includes insight from multiple people.

Lately I've started to dislike a lot of the Far Cry community because of stupid factionism, and arguing among eachother. You two are prime examples why.

i c nothing has changed on here everyone is still bickering. whats the problem if u dont like a map just dont play it & if u dont get on with someone just dont download thare maps then u have nothing to moan about its as simple as that.

i havent played this map yet but looking at the pics it looks like a good map that has had a lot of work & time put in.

if u have to complane about maps then talk to the 100s of peaple that publish a flat peace of land with some spawn points

well i for one love reading forum arguments. they have plenty of drama, and offer a great insight into the human mind. i got in forum argument on another forum about six months ago, and i swear never again.

it was so frustrating because using text i couldnt even get accross half of the good points that i wanted to. we both ended up just looking a bit insane for no reason and i felt really really personally offended. and im sure he did too. in fact i felt more offended because it was through text, so it just sounded even more cold and irrational.

anyways it all ended with me just saying something really really hurtful and i just felt so so awful about it. the worse part of it was that he didnt reply back after that. it was such a hollow victory and i just wanted to appologise, but then he was gone.

in fact i have regretted that to this day so dont go down the same route people. if you met face to face you would be able to explain yourselfs better and you would have no idea what all the arguing was about in the first place. text just ruins peoples ability to express whats really going on, and seems remote and distant. so yeah, stop it while you still can.

but in all great argument guys, 10/10
