I don't remember anyone talking about it, but it would be a good way to reduce the number of maps.
any map that is an exact copy of another one is deleted (except the original one of course) it should be possible to compare 2 maps that way, all you have to find is if the 2 files are identical, except for one variable (the name of the guy who published the map) and if this name is different from the name of the original author, delete the map (unless maybe the original map isn't on ubi servers anymore) |

Awesome, I was a little annoyed that i was only able to post a small number of maps, now I want to create even more.
If you ever make another game type sorta like farcry2 allow a sorta single player/Co-op campaign map Editor, to put in AI Bots, to set them paths or to just stand there +more... Pavement texture!? would also be great. movement controls are a little weak as well... <br> NatherAylomen My Maps: Downtown, Canyon Pass, Al Adlana, Sunken Native Land, Western HQ, Naide Mountain, Naide Temple, Dust Cave, Escape, Hideout, and COD4 Overgrown. |

Hey Kimi i know this is kind of off topic, but I have a map on UBi RECOMMENDED Called Valley of the King, and it has been up there for months now. I have made changes and new additions to the map and was wondering how do i go about getting the version that on ubi recommended replace with the updated version that I have? Is that even possible to do? XBOX GT: KINGRAVEN7 |

Kimi no longer works for Ubi. last I knew, she was involved with Red Storm if I remember correctly
GL getting any support at all... Also, games as early as Timesplitters allowed us to add AI, program their patrol routes, make them spawn when X event happens etc. Too bad we couldnt get something like that years later with such a sweet game. Oh well. Crysis 2 is rumored to be shipping with a sandbox editor...that is, if they decide to give it to us....Its awful hard decision to give players the very same tools you made your game with. |

actually it was timesplitters 2 (2002)
in TS1 (2000 I think) you could only build multiplayer levels. well, not too bad if you consider it is the first FPS on console with a map editor. |
