I would like to thank everybody that was able to show up yesterday! We had an excellent turn out with 14 different maps to check out!! The server was going all night!! i was only able to play one match before i got disconnected.... i waited like 5-10 minutes and it didnt show you in a game to join so i shut down...

I'm quite sure you have plenty already to play but if your all bored and want to play test a working BETA.
Give my map "BorderWars BETA" a try under Uprising mode for best gameplay.
Its not finished, but i'm sure its very playable and would be a riot with a full server.

Its based on a future War on the (Mexican /USA border) were tensions are at a much higher level than they are currently .And the borders are completely shut down and defended to the death.

This map is close Quarters and sniper friendly.
It has a lot going on and its built around the idea of fast intense combat were everything can change on the fly if teams get organized.

I believe it will be a lot of fun now,But I am 100% sure there will be a lot of things that will also need improveing and tweaking including the looks(Vehicles mostly ),objects and landscape.

I'm willing to call it a BETA but it is unfinished in a few areas

Yes my Gamertag is the same as my forum name(I believe).
I probably won't be playing much yet.Ive been busy at work and with my 2 young Children.

I try and hammer away at maps from time to time.
I get most fun out of trying new gameplay technics in maps.
I am trying to make smaller and more explosive maps more and more.
I feel its a real challenge and alot of fun making tiny maps play realy well.
Thats my new thing.
BorderWARS is the smallest yet for me.
The spawn areas between UFLL and APR are not much farther than a Grid square away from each other ,Yet I believe the map will be very playable and tactical under Uprising especially.
Please play this map on UPRISING!!!

It was designed around Uprising ,but will probably play well with CTD and TDM.
WMD's and MarinePatrolX3(again Uprising and CTD) would probably be fun(NWA doesn't seem to be 2 popular).
Alot of my maps are not setup for regular deathmatch.

Good(not realy ),You can download my latest version of BorderWARS by then.
Ive done a lot of changes to increase tactical flexibility in the game.

There's an under ground tunnel located near the middle of the map that leads to the outside (C) capture point.That will bring about many options for teams.

I may or may not tone down the turrets if needed and I will try and add more detail and furniture soon.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

I will try and start up a thread on the map.

it is so great to see several people that have threads about getting people together and playing thru some new maps. thats awsome. i wish 1 of my new maps was done so i could throw it out there ,but its not
you might want to wait till sunday night or even monday before you download buckys map though, he's constantly chipping away at it. lol and its still a lot of fun.
