Originally the roof section wasnt there, but there was too much sniping advantage with only having one path in and out so i had to flood the main entry ways with cover and add the roof.
At the moment im trying to think of a way to make the cover on the entries more fitting than just having big drum stacks. I also just noticed there's an issue with an occlusion block when walking down the stairs near the ufll base. So yeah there maybe another update sometime. |

oh yeah and i made a nice little discovery while making this map(although you guys probly know already)
The ambient sound like the birds calling and crickets chirping etc are associated with the texture groups for the ground. So by using the desert sand under the inside structure and the woodland road texture for the carpark i managed to change the ambient sound from birds and crickets outside to soft wind on the inside. Not a big thing but i always hated hearing birds where i shouldnt. |

The worst fps i got was 34 and thats looking from certain angles with the water reflections and the water pumps blown so water is spraying out. My machine is mid range and only has a single 9800 and 2g ram.
I would appreciate it tho if you do have issues to post them so i may be able to try fix it. Also if you do host them could you also post negative comments. Some things i feel maybe issues are advantage of snipers(want to try keep it fairly even for all classes). And the over use of drums and sandbags. |
