Hi all

A short while ago, myself and a large bunch of members from the Official Playstation Forums hosted a weekly event where we would get together and play a selection of custom maps made that week by our members.

It's been quiet for a while now but we're trying to kickstart the event again, and hopefully recruit some new players to take part in the process!

We had a brilliant selection of maps that we used to play and some excellent designers, and we'll be happy to go through some of our old maps again to share them with the world a little more.

Our old discussion for the event was on the PS Forums (thread: http://community.eu.playstatio...d=150&thread.id=5972 ). You can see it was a popular event.

Instead of posting everything in that one thread though, I've made a community up for it on my clan forums. If you want to take part, pay us a visit. The FC event is nothing to do with the clan so there would be no link there at all, it is a completely seperate activity (unless you decided you want to lol).

We'd love to build up the event again and really look forward to having some of you taking part!

Hey guys just want to let you know that this custom map community will have a funnight this wednesday evening at 20h GMT. Anyone who wants to join in on the fun and wants his new map playtested just post a reply here or better yet come on over to the b3yondelite forum (link in above post). If you just wanna play without having a new map to share that's ok too. We WILL NOT hower host your maps on demand if you aren't coming for the evening (otherwise we could end up hosting maps for people that don't come and not have time to host the maps from people that took the effort of coming online withs us.)

-Having a headset would be nice
-For the moment this wil be for the NON USA PS3 players only since we are in Europe and don't have that new sweet hardcore patch yet. Once we do the event will be open for any PS3 player.

Just let us now and have fun making maps.

Hi guys

Just posting again to let you know that we are hosting another get together tonight. Our meet last week went exceptionally well and we had a full room throughout the night, and we played for almost 3 hours, one some fantastic maps.

If you fancy getting involved tonight, please add me on psn, and if possible pay a visit to us over on our forums to get more information on the maps we're playing and get to know our members. Our website again is www.b3yondelite.co.uk and head to the FC2 area of the forums.

We've got some more new maps to play tonight, as well as some older one being thrown into the line-up.

We will be having a new custom map meet at 20pm GMT today so if you want in just hop on over to our forum and write a small message. We know the custom map servers to download the maps are down but we have a way around long downloads in the lobby. Just download the maps from our forum in advance. They should all be up at around 18pm GMT. Hope to see you there and I wish you guys all the best in these troubled times of: no PS3 europe patch and custom map server not working etc.

You guys could also go to fcmaps.net and post a regular thread in the Matches and Tournaments section of our site.
