Can someone please post references to Fly Mode patches for Myst IV and any other Myst games, for that matter.

Send me a Private Message and I will tell you where it can be found. Here is an installation copy I have made for myself. If somebody with a better control of the english language and has experience with this installation who has a good text, be my guess and post it here, please. PoTS flymode version will work for all sections. (ABM, Uru to D'ni, The Path of the Shell) You need a full installation. 1- Best to make a backup of the Uru CC game in "your documents" or at least, of your Uru game "sav" folder. 2- You need a clean game folder. (re: empty "sav" folder) 3- Copy the "FlyMode Patcher 1.3.exe" in the Uru CC Python folder (inside the general game folder) 4- Click on this .exe patcher and an Installation Wizard will open. Show the path all the way down to the Python folder (one step at the time). You will not see the .exe Patcher at the end, (its ok) and click to execute in this kind of installShield window. 5- Re-copy everything from your "sav" folder backup. If you do not see one, just copy the "sav" folder in your Uru folder. Keybord control keys for the TPoTS/Uru CC flymode. Press escape key to activate the Flymode Press escape key to deactivate the Flymode. (make certain you are above solid ground) Use spacebar to go up and/or down Use arrows to move in any directions Use caplock (running mode) to move faster. If you do, at times you will have to wait for the in game camera to catch up with your avatar. You can use the F1 key (B4 activating the flymode) to change the view This message has been edited. I am a little sad to discover they removed my Moderator status without even telling me or asking me if I was still around (which I am, just don't find it necessary to come often anymore). Oh well. Since you say it, I have to beleive it but for some personnal reasons, I am not too surprised they could do such a thing. I would send a PM to Heimdall G. Well I never,here you are again,you must be known world wide.Since Dec 27 2005!!.However,I was really trying to find out what flymode was and I think I do now.Now that I have finished all the swimming about etc,and have progressed to The Dni stage,do i need a download,and where do I get it.Thanks Roy

Through a pm, Roy did confirm that he had no problem installing the TPoTS 1.3 patch and playing under Vista.

I realize that this is a long shot since this post is a few years old, but I CANNOT find the fly patch anywhere anymore. I pulled out my old games and have a new computer. Wondered it you could help.

I never had them cuz they don't work on Mac. Try PM'ing Nanoukmetal. He should still be around.
