I suspect that this is a silly question, but I can't figure out the answer, so I'm going to ask, anyway. I just bought FoW, and am (hopefully) almost finished the tutorial. However, I can't figure out how to get past the second gate, onto the railroad tracks. I've tried shooting at the gate, and I can't climb over it, or crawl under it, and it seems to be locked. (I'm talking about the gate next to the large storage containers.
Erm ive got the same prob and i simply repeated the entire stage.. the game is very picky about finishing EVERYTHING i mean maybe you left behind a target or something, the best advice i can give you is to do it again if it works youll see the icon of a padlock when you have the cursor over the gate
There is a crackled up wall to left from the gate. Behind the wall is a fuel truck. To shoot the fuel truck and get the wall smashed down, you need put your man up to the building, at right from the crackles. Then just shoot the fuel truck and finish the mission after the final "shootout".
There's a gate after that one... near the large containers, and once you've gotten the anti-personnel grenades. It's right next to the railroad tracks.
Hi armchairgeneral a last advice, btw the gate is the last one after the warpath , you can easily get stuck if the next step isnt triggered,(you should follow accurately the directions) so just open the list of messages down on your left and see the last one maybe something didnt trigger as it should so do it again.. or as well you could download a game progress file as Bot59 said already searching for it in the special menu Ps i dit it again for old times sake and if you follow the directions of the narrator you wont even be in the need to open anything its a clipscene...
