Hello!
I have tried to fix this my self whit no progress.
I what a mod or patch? To fix that you can buy troops 1 time only.
Like in Soldiers when you had money and could buy troops for 1 minute.
And after that no more reinforcements.
Is this possible? Well of curs it possible xD
