on FOW i cant seem to find the wrench icon to fix the tank at the tutorial. I have the repair kit in inventory but i cant use it. can anyone help me.

On the bottom right of your interface, you have buttons, above those buttons are 3 buttons that are numbered, click button number "2" and then its the top right button.
