For some reason with this generator, sometimes enemies become invulnerable, or almost invulnerable, to attack. Anyone know why?

kotic: do you have any other mods activated at the same time? Or have you made any changes to the FoW resource folder?
What kind of units become invulnerable?

I have the no fog Mod also activated. I don't believe I changed anything in the game, or least nothing that could cause this. I had a similar problem earlier. VERY rarely, a random enemy unit would be almost totally immune to any damage (but you could still see health bar). You could shred it with a Flak cannon and the soldier would be fine. In this MOD, it happened on the same map. The first group of enemies would be killed alright. After that, the next group of enemies were VERY resistant to damage (10-20 flak hits for kill) and did not show their health bar when hit. It happened twice in a row, so it appears to be different this time, with the same group of units. Also, note that the first time it happened in SP campaign, it was before 1.04.1. Now, I have version 1.04.1.

I have never seen this myself, but I have heard of this before. It seems to be something that people eventually resolve by installing clean copies of everything. The other thing it could be is that the number of crew or passengers has been miscalculated in the vehicles.xml file - I occasionally learn of mistakes in those numbers.
When did you switch to 1.04.1? If it was only recently, that could be a problem...
BTW, there's no need for a fog mod when playing DCG. You can set fog in the settings window of DCG. You could try disabling that mod as well...

I switched to 1.04.1 recently. Have not had the problem in NORMAL campaigns yet (even though it was very rare to begin with), but as I said, with the patch I found a SIMILAR problem in the MOD.

Some bugs with the patch:
New units don't become part of my army partly. I can select and control them, but they do not appear on the left selection screen and if they enter a tank, the tank's ammo is not expended as it is used. Neither is the fuel.
In Russian Radar mission, Polish troops can be attacked just like enemies, meaning the cursor changes to attack when you mouse over, even though they are friendlies.

kotic: the settings screen has an option to turn off ammo/fuel expenditure. If you have this off, you will not see the selection icons on the left in FoW (it's a FoW problem). I always play with ammo/fuel expenditure on.
I don't know what you mean by Russian Radar mission or Polish troops.
stealtharcadia: if you are renaming back to 1.pat it should ask if you want to change the extension and you have to say yes. I don't know why it wouldn't work - are you an administrator in Windows?

No no, I mean in the normal campaign, regardless of this mod. I was playing with the mod off. It was the Soviet Radar mission (third I think) in the normal campaign. The Polish troops are the AI-controlled troops that are friendly to you, or perhaps neutral. Same with fuel and ammo expenditure. It was normal campaign for German final special ops mission.

I see. I haven't played much of the original campaign. :P The mod uses files from the latest patch, though....

M_Galloper: I will look into getting another site for the next version (should be coming soon).
Update: it looks like I have found an alternate host, but it will be temporary so keep an eye out for the next release (probably in the coming week).

First, please download Campaign v1.5 since this is the latest version of DCG with many bugs being fixed. Then read thru the ReadMe document and download the files from Microsoft that DCG needs (Jason has provided links for these extra software that needs to be downloaded). When you´ve done this, and installed everything, read the thread at http://www.digitalmindsoft.eu/forums/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=915&st=0&sk=t&sd=a --- I´ve explained it for some other people how to play the mod there. Just follow those directions and you´ll be able to play it in no time! ~Zeke.
