I believe but could be wrong that when you register you are really registering with Ubi. When you register to join the Ubi site there is a box that is on the site and in it is says - "Why Should I sign Up?" Under that is says - Receive the monthly newsletter. Play your favorite online games. Read the latest game news. Enjoy exclusive store promotions. Compete for prizes. Participate in community forums. Click here to go to the Ubi site. I am registered and I like getting the e-mails about new games they have coming out. You can decide if you want e-mails set to you.
