Hello everyone. I am excited to release the information about the patch being released on Monday. I don't have an exact link or time but I know you'll be happy its coming.

List of fixes
- Fixed some firewall server browsing issues.
- Fixed server sorting to sort on number of players instead of max.
- Fixed save crash on Ageia Island when running Extreme Physics mode.
- Fixed missing Rate of Fire sound on the HK21.
- Enabled all Map Editor functions.
- Added tutorials to \public-tools\tutorials\ (Only available in English)
- Added various modding tools to \public-tools\
- hud_visibility.xml added to settings folder, which enables advanced users to select transparency of hud elements.
- hud_palett_2.xml added to settings folder, enables advanced users to change the colors of the hud and menus.
- Fixed some issues with weapon mod equipping / removing.
- Fixed some faulty server settings.
- Fixed some collision issues on multiplayer maps.
- Fixed bugs and occasional crashes.
- Ghost speech properly disabled if you uncheck Voice Quotes in options
- Additional fixes to the Serverlisting.
- Fixed the bug when you tried to add favorites on a newly created profile.

Was that all? there are bigger issues with this game than this. This was 1/3 of what i was hoping for. Ahh well it's an start i guess ^^

- Adds bundle support for custom maps (like in GRAW1).
- Adds bundle support for mod (1 actived before game start).

I am more concerned about Anti-Cheat, even tough I have yet not experinced any cheaters, but when (if) my clans starts to play this game it would be nice to have a AC to prevent biggering and accusations (even tough accusations can be made with AC to)

Just great, no new maps,no AC...What about the probs with the x-fi soundcards?

Join by IP and ASE support would be nice too. If the current lousy ingame browser would only refresh manually it would speed things up too.

Server settings so the admin can decide what weapons can be played.

Game play bugs and stabillity will always be the first to get patched, extras come later.

The game browser isn't so bad. I've seen a lot worse. GRIN does need to make it where you can scroll the servers with your mouse wheel. That skinny scroll bar on the right is ridiculous!

patching is nice for crashes and things. But you cant possible tell me the maps they released the game with is the only maps they made... To release a map in a patch means every server will run it. I just want urban maps is all.

Vegas was a piece of **** from the beginning. Comparing it to GRAW2 would be like comparing apples and onions

Indeed! That's because Ubi was able to bully the developer. I think GRIN is different and stood up to them.

Has it fixed the freeze crash when yo try and launch the game? i hope so, because i have not played it yet

Syrfer, I think as a consumer we have every right to expect more out of our patches.

As a game you can not compare GRAW2 to GRAW1, but most guys here have a real sour taste in their mouths after GRAW1. YOU MUST UNDERSTAND that. A-lot of ppl here installed GRAW1 and UN-INSTALLED it shortly after while never playing it again, almost wish I did the same. I wasted a-lot of time promoting ladders that never took off promoting new maps that crashed and lagged. Not to mention all the time I spent trying to figure out just how to run a server correctly because there were so many bugs in the commands.

There were 7 patches with GRAW1 and though every one made it a little better GRAW1 was still an inferior game. It took them all 7patches to fix the GL problem (when you shot a GL too close to yourself the game would crash) They NEVER fixed the Bug on the stairs at com station.. If you play you know what Im talking about. Heck the only ppl playing it now got the game free with their graphics card.

If you ended up like me, you probably would have payed to NOT have the game, but you were so hooked on the physx, the graphics and the realism that you tried to make the best of it.

Enter GRAW2. Much more refined. Smoother, better graphx still and no more than 200 ppl playing it online. Theres probably a server for every player. Were trying to promote a game so more ppl buy it. If they buy it and they dont like it, then our word is NO good.

If its patched effectively and quickly the game will be more popular. Isn't that what we all want?

I agree with you on this, but I don't take offence by this anymore as this is done pretty much by anyone that releases a FPS game these days.. a good example is stalker, tons of features removed/not ready to the release...

Well that's just how it is I guess, and it's like that simply because we the customers have accepted it. .it's only a game right ?? at least the majority seems to think so.

I have just had to tidy this thread up.

The title is about a patch, and whats in it.

Comments about what is not in it are off topic.

Moaning about whats in it is fine, moaning at a moaner is not fine.

If you dont like whats in this patch start a new thread why is this not in the patch etc etc.

Maps said to be at realease were released.
Editor was realesed but with out export tools.
They are in the patch.

Guys please stay on topic and and dont abuse other posters.
