Hello, sorry to make this my first post... but iv looked everywhere and am having a hard time. im really looking forward to GRAW2 Multiplayer. anyways.
I recently installed Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 RETAIL. I patched it to the patch 1.45 or sumthin, the one before the new 1.05 patch. I was able to connect and everything worked. The next day, patch 1.05 came out and i am now unable to connect to servers. when i try to connect to a server. it just sits in the connection window screen. My comp specs: 8800GTS 512 OC 6400X2 AMD 770 2GB RAM My firewall has the ports that are needed to be open, are opened. etc. Please help. i wana play online |

I am having roughly the same problem.
I have been playing fine with the new patch, but as of two days ago, it just sits on the connecting to server screen and goes no further but to tell me it cannot connect and to check my connection!! I have posted a similar comment but have also had no help! PISSING ME OFF! |

The oficial ubisoft nz server has been the main one for RVSA play for the last few days but i can not get past the connecting to server screeen to. Such a shame because there was a regular crowd playing before the patch . As there are so few players for this mode of GRAW anyway it wont take long for people to move on. |

WOW, UBI is batting really high as of late, first with the so-called Vegas patch and now with GRAW 2... and this are the only two games I have played, I wouldn't want to go check the other forums
Keep giving UBI your money boys, they sure respect you guys enough to give you a bad support! ---------------- 0 ----------------- 0------------- What does it take to get a simeple answer from UBI about the PC? If you guys think the Vegas 2 forums are crowded with hate & Negative posts from the PS3 and the few 360 folks, wait until the PC game is launched... |

I had roughly the same problem but I'm using Norton 360's firewall...I had to manually go in and delete the program exception and then re-enter it to allow all (did the same with the dedicated server .exe). Ran and connected fine after that.
