hey guys, sorry if this has been discussed before (if so, i didn't find the thread)

anyways, my question:
at the end of every mission the rating/score is being displayed
now .. i'm wondering what it takes to achieve all that stuff (black ops/...) and which overall rating/score is best (the letters .. u know A/S/B/....)

if someone could shed some light on that ...
i'd really appreciate it
