ok,just got graw 2

game seemed fine till mission 4,i had a few hiccups before this,but the game would stutter briefly,and then go on.now in mission 4,it freezes,the video does,I can still fire the gun and walk,but the screen is froze.

I patched up to version 1.04,tried the new 1.35 but it wouldnt install,says it couldnt find graw installed??

anyway,system specs are:
3.4 gig p4
1 gig ram
ge force 6800 256 mb

any hope for me to run this game?

1.04 is for GRAW 2... 1.35 is for GRAW

If you tried installing both of them, you may have botched something within the game files. Best to uninstall and install again.

Now, before you do that, unistall the video & sound drivers and install fresh ones. If that doesn't solve your problem, try the Uninstalling/Installing of the game.

Also, with your system specs, you barely meet the minimum requirements so it could be as simple as a HEAT issue you are having. 1GB of Ram and 6800 are pretty much obsolete for newer games. GRAW 2 is optimized when compared to Graw 1 but still a CPU/RAM hog

I just dont think my machine can handle this game, I tried again,it locked up,so I alt-tabbed out,alt-cltr-del into task manager and cpu usage was pegged at 100%

Ok, now that you know this, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD... don't you go buying Rainbow Six Vegas!!!

Honestly, you're next best step is... save some $$$ and build yourself a nice little rig. If you are patient, you can have a middle-high end rig for 3/4's of the price of a DELL or HP or those so called High-end PC gaming rigs. check out hardforum.com and read for a few weeks.
