hey there, im called Kaos Angel
and lately i been trying to create an account trough graw2 .
When i am done filling all the empty spaces
and press enter at the end of each, i finaly get to press the create an account button ^^.
so i do it and get the following message:
password does not match email adress.
so what da ? need help on that 1 please
what it means by does not match email adress ?
how i do to settle that problem ?
iv tried like 10 times with diferent passwords and have checked up my email adrs if it was written right, but that didnt seemed to be the problem : /

so , what now ?

Did you buy the game new from a store?
In the other case the one who had it before you could already have registred it...

Eh...
Try a complete uninstall then reinstall and before going to create account(or play,set preferences and so on),restart your computer.
I had the same problem whit Silent Hunter 4(also ubi)and someone told me to do it that way beacourse after a restart "all elements would have been implimented"...or something like that...

I don't think that Uninstalling and INstalling the game will help in any way with the login or creating a new account.

There was a post (or more) about this subject but I don't recall that Uninstalling/Installing was part of it.

If you don't know how to uninstall this game correctly, all you will be doing is messing up the game as it won't even load after you install it again... leave this as your last resort.!!!

ok i settled it by creating an other account, tho when i try to log on a server it says:you are permenently banned from this server and can no longer join it.

what da ?? ... i just clicked join and i already broke the rules rofl ! talk about being fast lol :P i bet all the hackers never got banned this fast :P

Hey.. I don't really understand it. First you had this prob with 'password doesn't match..'. Then you probably solved it because you were able to login. But you did never play, because you were immediately banned...?? That is weird!

Ok, let's start all over again:
In my case, I played graw2 and later wanted to play it online. So I went to www ubi.com where I had to 'sign in'. After a while I got a confirmation on the mailadress that I filled in at the 'sign in'.

Now, if your problem does not go away by simply creating another account on gamespy (Another Nickname, Same adress, Same password), then I suggest to choose or create another Emailaccount on ..Hotmail or whatever. For instance KaosAngel@...
And then try the 'sign in'-procedure again. So, another emailadress+another password for ubi.com

Sorry if this is not helpful at all.. I'm sleepy too now.
