I just for an FX5500 graphics 256mb card to go in my P4 comp, 1gb ram, and when it runs it has black where the graphics would be, and blue sky plus the site and the little man that tells you the orders!

You need to spill the beans on you operating system etc.
1GB of system RAM is not enough IMHO and I would certainly recommend upgrading to 2Gb minimum.

NO need to spill the beans, the only thing your fx5500 is good for is for playing Online FLASH games.

Thanks for your help! I am looking at a GeForce 6200 8xAGP 256mb card. what do you think?

If you also notice on the back it does also say all you need is a 128mb graphics... and the NVIDIA® GeForce™ 6/7 or ATI® Radeon® 9600-9800/X
that is quoted are not a must, but they are ones that are supported!

Well, good luck to you and the Boston Red Soxs then but... you WON'T make the game work with that card.

Now, if I were you, I would try to save some $$$ and buil myself a mid-end rig capable of playing not only this game but all of the recent and future games.

Prices or computer components right now are at an all time low (if you don't want to go for the latest and the greatest that is). With 1K to 15 hundred you can build yourself a pretty decent rig (Duo Core, DD2 Ram, 7/8 Series video card,PC Case, Mobo, HDD, monitor, keyboard mouse included!).

Ubisoft is low-balling the min/rec specs' of this series...:AW* is a very top-heavy program.

If you decide you are going to upgrade your current (AGP) system, I would suggest a 6800GT (256MB) or better GPU.
