I've been unable to find any servers that run with respawns turned off. Which to me kind of kills what made original GR great.

Any way, I and a few friend are looking at purchasing a dedicated GR server with no respawns. I'm curious though, how many are actually still interested in this style of game play?

When we had our server it was old school. No respawns. It was full every night. We never limited the sniper rifle or g/l either. Mainly cuz we weren't scared.

I'd be interested. I normally play on the 360, but recently picked up the PC game. I was *amazed* that I couldn't find any no-respawn games. Surely you'd get a lot of interest if you did this. All there seems to be now are brainless run & gun games.

Are you thinking of GRAW1 or 2?

If GRAW2 then give me a shout as I have some server space for GRAW2 currently doing sweet FA that you can test on or use..
