Is co-op just too difficult for Developers?

What exactly were the other threads you were reading Ollie?...ever since the closed beta of :AW2 hit the fan the posts have been +/-85% negative. Occasionally you'll get a recent purchaser who's gushing with the first blush but for the most part the sentiments of the posts follow along the same lines that you might find here.
GR.net has lost its "FanBoy Central" status long ago; the majority of its active members are just a bunch of realists...or people with too much time on their hands.

Oliver.... If you consider
the money UBI spent on GRAW/GRAW2, The time given to GRIN to develope these games, the support, active answering of questions GRIN did you cannot butr blame UBI for what became of GRAW.
I agree the engine GRIN used wasn't optimal, but look at the game compared to COD4 you can see the quality. What killed GRAW was the heavy burdon the game put on machines, the lack of support from UBI (false advertising X-box features and PC mixed up!)
and the lack of a good map editor with easy settings for beginners and more tools for experienced modders.
The only thing were COD4 really is better is the game load speeds.... I can only hope we see some big better maps for that game to make it a bit more fun, oh and a patch were they fix that horrible sound quality.... GO GRIN....lol....
Off course there's things to blame GRIN for, but if you look just a bit further you can see their frustration about the way they were treated and had to leave GRAW2 for what it is.....Heck, there's a patch that's only being held up by UBI......

Yes I did notice Sup the cod4 comment re gr comment cracked me up, but he does hang in there.

He does make some good points though.
Where as Ollie is a pure Grin hater, But I think Ollie hates every one
