GRAW2.exe is what im getting everytime i try to start my game, what do i need? It will not start up.

It would help in getting an answer to your question if you would post the text that appears within that GRAW2.exe error pop-up. Also check your *:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2\crashlog.txt file if an entry is generated, and if so, please post.
According to your previous post on this error you're running an AMD 1.5, 768MB RAM, GeForce 7600...it would really help if you could be more specific as to the particulars (models/series) of your system and components.
Judging solely by the CPU speed and system RAM info you provided, your system does not meet the programs minimum requirements.
