Darth_Windu - I have not been able to find any of the files you told to look for. So I guess I will have go back to the old way of being killed umteen times at every mission checkpoint unless you find something that will help.

Rather than trying to cheat your way to victory, try injecting a bit of realism into the game. You wouldn't run-and-gun into an urban battle anywhere on earth so why do it in this game. Crouch low, move slow and make every shot count. You should use automatic fire only when you expect close combat. You should sneak peeks around corners and when you come to open spaces, look for snipers in high places. Usually you will be outfitted with the proper kit at the beginning of the scenario; take full advantage of it. I hope this advice helps

go buy cod4 and play on non-hardcore servers.....

In your original thread I posted a link to two threads that will help you - you NEED to read them if you want this to work. The file you need to edit needs to be unpacked from a bigger file first.

I looked at the 2 threads, but I did not know how to use them. If you can help me get through this I would be greatful. Thanks. I will look again at the 2 threads.

I tried to find this file

I can't find it anywere. I ran a search to try & find it there is No such file anywere in my system...

As for the bundle file I'm not sure how to down load & use it.

Put that in the folder with the path GRAW/Data/Units/Beings

If the folders don't exist, just create them with the same name. It should work, let me know if it doesn't.

Uninstall and write on the box that you finished the game at hardcore level in a recordbreaking time.

I made up a folder named GRAW Data Units Beings & put u_player into it. Now what file does that go in? (According to the information I got may be a 4th place that needs to be set to true.)

Acording to the instructions I got it said make sure the content xml file in the GRAW install folder has the four compile options set to true. Were is the 4th place to put true there are already 3 in it? Is there another god_mode? I opened the program file & GRAW & put the u_player file in with the rest of the files. There is something missing because the cheat will not work.

sneaker I gave you the instructions, gave you the file, and gave you the links to the topics that explain how to get god mode working. There's really nothing more I can do.

Some times these checkpoints are to fast for me by the time I get a fix on the target I'm dead. This can get flustering at times. That is why I was looking for something that would have given me a fighting chance to make it through a check point. Sorry for any inconvence to anyone.

It would have been nice if the game would have allowed you to save more offen than at each Check Point. I'm stuck at VIP2 down Checkpoint 6 I get the Vip into the Helo & get back into bldg were I buy the bullet.
Does anyone that has played this section have any idea what to do? It would have been nice it when you stuck at a mission checkpoint that you could leave it & go to the next mission then if you wanted go back to that mission you left unfinished & finish it.
When tell your team to stay were you put them that they would stay there & not move around get in the way & get killed.
Is there any place that you & your team hide & keep out of harms way?

Does any know if you need to keep your ghosts alive during all missions or just let them die, because I have a problem just keeping myself alive without having to keep looking after the ghosts.

If you bother to search here, you'll find plenty of walkthroughs for this map. YES, it is extremely hard and YES, GRIN were not very smart on what they did but it is finishable if you are even more careful than normal.

Go upstairs and take your team there where they are covered by the walls, start picking the tangos one by one and do the tanks later.

I did what you said, but no matter were I hid tangos still found me & I still died. I hid in about 18 different places only to die at each one. I left my team to its own reward. I couldn't keep the team & me alive at the same time. It was the team or me.

Everybody has his/her own approach ofcourse on how to do it.
Here is my method: (We are at the point of almost going to bring the vip to the helo!).
-One must be placed where he can shoot enemies coming from the back of the embassy.
-Two (if you still have two..) must be somewhere (close) to your left to shoot enemies coming from 'behind the helicopter'. (Or sniper on the monument & other one to your left).
-After putting vip in the helo, run back to the embassy-wall for cover, BUT (I )don't stay there!!(Nothing to protect anymore..)
-I order my men to go stand behind the silver car, next to the green taxi. This is on the left of the monument.(Next Tank cannot hit them). Run in that direction yourself too.

I will, for now, not tell you more than that. Just that you must destroy the two tanks that are coming, with the help of airstrikes. GOOD LUCK. -Use the map.

(There are ofcourse different ways to do it).
