I am having some issues with movement. It happens in all directions and stances. I push the "W" key to move forward and I start to move then I stop but I still have the "W" key pushed. Like I said this happens with all movement. At first i just thought it was the difficulty setting. I have played through the whole game in easy and did not encounter this issue. So now I moved up to normal this is when the trouble started. So I created a new profile and tried easy again and found that the movement issue was the same as if I was playing GRAW in normal, move only so far and then automatically stop.

Anyone else run into this problem.
I am patched up to 1.04.

This is a little weird as you said you have already finished the campaign in easy mode so it can't be memory related but w/o knowing your computer specs we are all just speculating... so, post up your specs and let's see if we can lick this thing clean

I recently installed the razer sound card, could this be the issue?

I have not installed the latest driver, because I am using Brettzies weapons mod, and I do not know if it is compatible with the latest patch.
However I have played through the game twice, once without the Brettzies mod and once with, both times on easy with 1.04 patch.
I am not very good at FPS games so I am working towards harder gameplay.

Try moving the Razor sound card to a different PCI slot.

Dumb question but did you disable your onboard sound card?

cool rig, awesome mobo (got one me self )... what mouse do you have and why are you using the "W" instead of the mouse button?

Brettzies mod won't interfere with your sound, well, not entirely true, at times you have no sound when firing with zoom on but going out of the game and getting back in again will solve the issue.

This is also stupid but I have heard of issues with movements when you don't have the latest drivers for sound and video... then again, some drivers (old or new) have issues with the game.

Good question, I don't know, gee Mr. Spicoli did disable your sound card, I don't know.
So since I do not know that means I didn't.

I have all the latest drivers for this card. I think it is the damn card.
My mouse is a Microsoft wireless laser mouse 6000
keyboard wireless 6000. Checked batteries, all good, checked signal strength all good.

I even un-installed GRAW, re-installed it.
Did something a little differnt though.
When I patched the game I went
1.01 to 1.02
1.02 to 1.03
1.03 to 1.04
all seperate patches.
Last time I just did the 1.01 to 1.04
They way I did this time found new options in my
video option section.
Also when I installed Brettzies Mod, now when I equip myself and the team, the new weapon of choice icon does not show up on the left.
The weapon I selected though does show up in the game when played though.

This **** is just way to weird.

Will try moving the sound card. Let you know.

Go into your bios when you start your computer - usuallly pressing delete or F2 as the computer starts up. There most likely is a section for integrated peripherials or something like that. Look for something like "on-baord audio", or "on-board ac-97..." It's most likely enabled. Just change it to "disabled" and hit the save key (probably F10) and exit to reboot.

Well disabling the on board audio seemed to work.
I will say on thing if you have this card do not use the EAX effects in the game. You get a lot of chirping, and when watching the movies between levels it sounds like you are picking up live audio either from a multi-player game or random radio chatter.
Card needs some work.

Now the only problem I have is the weapons icon issue.
I did another un-install, and removed everything. Did CCleaner check, old saves etc..
Installed it again, but this time patched using the 1.01 to 1.04 all in one patch. Adde Bretzzies weapon mod, still no icons.
So WTF...computers great when they work pain the A$$ when they don't.
