Will this card work. It has 128mb.

I do see plenty of graphics while the game is loading. But, on first campaign only see in the upper right corner of screen an announcer and than
some little fire torches on the screen with a small green box that moves around and I can shoot.. but that's it. No pictures of anything at all.

Otherwise I have:

P4 3ghz
1g ram
128mb geforce mx4400
windows 2000
80gb hd

Unfortunately, your GPU is not up to the task, and I don't think that you will be able to tweak the drivers to resolve the video freeze.
