Hi,

i want to no how can i take weapon from dead ennemy or dead ghost ? Which key do a have to press ?
And, what do i have to do to have help from an aircraft when the situation is bad ?

'X' is the default key. It appears on your screen when you're near a dropped weapon.

I haven't gotten to a point where I've needed to call air support yet, so I don't know that one. Just check your key bindings and read through the manual.

You CAN"T pickup ammo in GRAW IIRC, perhaps only if you were using the same type of weapon/ammo they were using.

Air Support can't be called at whim, it needs to let you know that you can use it and then, only on a couple of maps it does it.

Walking on top of a grounded weapon in :AW = automatic magazine (ammo) pickup (loadout dependent); in :AW2 = the option (X) to pick up the weapon as a replacement for your primary.
Support is a scripted element and not available on the fly. When it is triggered during a mission it (Air Strike, Tanks, etc.) will display in the Support List, which you scroll thru to select and order, just like your team, but with limited options.

Ah, yes. GRAW as oppoaed to GRAW2. I believe I just saw a thread about having separate GRAW/GRAW2 forums to save things like this happening.
