Rules for 1 on 1:

tutor mode should be on
mercenary cannot commit suicide(u doit,u lose)
only counts when played on a dedicated server

In Aquarius: no glitching into tech room from spy spawn...no rushing greek...*hint* mercenary should camp in greek because u can pretty much cover the whole map from greek/pirates stair(remember, spies cannot get into tech room unless u blow up a vent)

True that this game is best played 2v2, but what 1v1 teaches you is how to be a one man army. Here youll learn how to use your spy properly, from your running game, to juking kids, and dissapearing out of sight.

In a 1v1 you can truly practice everything. You will learn to master your equipment like the heartbeat, which is essential to getting those quick stickys.

EDIT: I bet you would kick me, when playing 1on1 in Aquarius against me.
There are other ways into tech without using the glitch at spawn.
But it will never come to that, coz I`m playing on PC (where the real pros are playing).

Yes, maybe.
To be honest. I played some of these 1on1 games at my beginnings.
Fact is, you only need one good quick sticky and you win.
And if that doesn`t work, just annoy the merc with smokes and if you grab him, don`t kill him. Then, after a while his mask is empty and you can send him to sleep as often as you wish.
Not the best tactic, but one of the tactics that can work.
(When you`re quick enough and don`t get killed to fast.)

Why can't you learn all this in 2vs2 games? You often have to be a one-man-army in 2vs2 anyways, and I can't see, why you learn how to master equipment better by playing 1vs1. I just don't get it. 1vs1 is pointless on maps made for 2vs2, and it's much more important to learn how to teamplay if anything. Learning how to play as one man just comes by itself same as using your equipment well.

1v1 is meant for warming up and fine tuning ur skills theres really not to much strat involved

Why is not being very good at the game a horrible offense?

For one, I can't play Vs. at college because online gaming is blocked.

wow for someone who goes to college u have a hard time with reading and comprehension any basic scct player can take five years off the game come back and not make the mistake of not shooting out the security lasers before hacking. your also not gettin the point that all of my post are for ppl that actually play VS not story so once again stay in ur lil world of story play or basic chiit chat with your friends do not get involved in conversations about VS
