Can anyone tell me how to increase your gadgets and stealth as a spy? Mine are stuck at 76% and 78%. Also how do you increase you gadgets and direct action as a Merc? Still stuck at 80% and 76%? Thanks.

Haven't played the game but here are some random guesses, based on what I've heard.
Spy
Gadgets
Using all four spy gadgets at least a few times.
Using all gadgets in one round.
Stealth
Going entire matches without taking a hit.
Get more grabs. Both from behind and over rails.
Merc
Gadgets: Use grenades and drones as often as possible.
Use the belay wire to go over rails more often than you usually do.
Use more EMF vision. Especially around terminals being hacked.
Direct Action
More kills.
More K.O.s.
More headbutts.
More headshots.
